Relational Repair for a Regenerative Future.

Weaving the science of human development with the art of ecological renewal.

who i work with

Partners in Relational Repair

I work with leader who recognize that ecological health and human well-being are interconnected. My work supports four primary ecosystems:

Educational & Academic Institutions

Research & Curriculum Development For universities and schools seeking to integrate Biophilic Education and Developmental Psychology into their foundations. I partner with researchers and educators to design curricula that move beyond "environmental education" and toward a deep, embodied sense of ecological belonging for children and students.

Policy Makers & Government Agencies

Systemic Advocacy & Strategic Advising. Drawing from my extensive experience in New York City’s early childhood systems, I consult with agencies and NGOs (including UN-affiliated organizations) to weave Care-Based Ethics and Maternal Ecopsychology into public policy. We work to ensure that social systems are designed for the long-term well-being of future generations.

Regenerative Organizations & Foundations

Social Transformation & Cultural Design I support mission-driven organizations and philanthropic foundations invested in Social Regeneration. By applying a transdisciplinary lens, I help these entities move away from extractive "productivity" models and toward organizational cultures rooted in reciprocity, mental health, and relational repair.

Land Stewards & Community Initiatives

Resilient Stewardship & Storytelling For grassroots organizations and communities engaged in the physical work of Land Regeneration. I provide guidance on the psychological and social dimensions of stewardship, utilizing photography and narrative to document the "internal landscape" of ecological restoration and the mending of our ancestral roots.

What are the internal and systemic ruptures your work is currently trying to mend?

The Silo of Care

1

The current "crisis of connection" stems from treating early childhood development, maternal well-being, and ecological health as separate departments. Leaders struggle to create holistic impact when policy and funding are trapped in disconnected silos.

Extractive Metrics

2

We are often forced to measure the deep, slow work of Regeneration using rigid, short-term KPIs. This creates a "valuation gap" where the most vital relational and ecological growth remains invisible to traditional data models.

The Invisible Transition (Matrescence)

3

There is a profound lack of structural support for the psychological transition into motherhood. Without recognizing Matrescence as a critical window for social and ecological awakening, organizations miss the opportunity to cultivate our most resilient leaders.

Disembodied Strategy

4

The Ancestral & Ecological Rupture

Many initiatives are intellectually rigorous but lack the "living story" and emotional resonance needed to shift culture. Leaders face the challenge of producing research that is not just "correct," but is felt and lived by the communities they serve.

The most difficult barrier is the underlying collective trauma of disconnection from the Earth. Whether in an urban agency or a rural community, stewardship feels like an uphill battle when the participants lack a felt sense of Biophilic Belonging.
